As our customer facing IT expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products. This includes:

Responsibilities

• Being part of our customer success team, helping our customers save lives using Lynxight technology.
• Working with our customers and our IT partners to plan, install and configure Lynxight hardware and software (all access is remote)
• Troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues to ensure flawless operation.
• Serving as the technical go-to guy for the customer support team.
• Working closely with the R&D teams on constantly improving the product stability and
  maintainability from both network and software aspects.
• Developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as IT manger a product company.
• High proficiency in Linux operating systems and tools.
• Hand on experience in remote support and maintenance of Linux based systems.
• Hands on experience with configuring network equipment such as firewalls, routers,
  switches, and access points and network diagnostic tools.
• Understanding of Internet application protocols – HTTP, DNS, MQTT, SMTP, etc. o Understanding of security concepts – HTTPS, etc.
• Proficient in English.

As our computer vision algorithms engineer, you will  play a pivotal role in the heart of our innovative efforts to solve complex challenges in the realm of deep learning and computer vision. This includes:

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and bring to production efficient deep learning-based computer vision
  algorithms for human activity detection and recognition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and explore solutions for
  various computer vision tasks, using both classical and advanced tools.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency by designing and implementing appropriate data
  pipelines and validation processes.
• Communicate technical details and model outcomes to a diverse audience, bridging the gap
  between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and research in computer vision and machine learning,
  applying insights to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience solving computer vision problems, preferably with the deep learning techniques.
• Acquaintance with deep learning and machine learning SOTA algorithms.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python and at least one of the following frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• MSc in Computer Science or equivalent, with an emphasis on computer vision, machine
  learning, and deep neural networks, or BSc with extensive relevant industry experience.
• Experience with object detection/object tracking.
• Ability to initiate and lead machine learning projects end-to-end.
• Experience with bringing algorithms from development to production.
